The service was excellent. The rooms were well-appointed with good lighting and a very comfortable bed. The hotel location was decent and comfortable in the area where I typically stay. All the staff was very efficient in fixing my issues.

The air conditioning unit just smelled a bit musty/moldy but once we sprayed a Thieves Oil spray we had with us it helped with the smell.

Convenient location within walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit. The service was good overall, although a couple of staff members could have been friendlier 😊.

The accommodation at Fairfield Inn & Suites By Marriott Springdale was incredibly beautiful. The pool was excellent, and the beds were comfortable. My room had climate control, a TV, and a microwave oven. I appreciated having a bath. The service was excellent, and I was totally satisfied. Additionally, the hotel is located within a short walk to Northwest Arkansas, the fitness center, and various stores and dining options nearby. I also enjoyed grabbing quick meals at Braum's, which is just 800 feet away from the hotel.

The location of this hotel is very convenient as it is right by Bentonville, Rogers, and Springdale. Additionally, it is situated just 1 mile away from tourist destinations such as a shopping mall.
